Leon was able to help me with my Lyft inspection! Service is impeccable. They get you out in a timely manner, very politely and professionally. Make Firestone off west 3rd your first stop! God bless

Nothing like waiting 3 hours after your appointment time to find out they still haven't even started work. Employees seem very comfortable with each other's lack of work ethic. Maybe they should hire managers based on their ability to run a shop - not just accept a paycheck.

Leon was so nice and helpful this morning. I just had a tire pressure warning light on and didn't have any way to check them. He came out and checked all the tires and took the time to help me figure out how to reset the warning system. Thank you for being so kind!

I was recommended this shop by a friend and Im glad I listened. The technicians gave me a second opinion that matched the first one but at a cheaper rate so I was pretty happy. Once I finally got my finances in order they did the work fast and well. Everyone was friendly and upfront with me. There wasn't any of that up selling or pushing for 'a new this or to replace that' like in some other shops. I really appreciated that. I'll definitely be visiting again whenever my next car issue presents itself.

I had such a great experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care thanks toLeon and Diamond! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcomed, appreciated, and truly cared about as a customer. They were professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. The service was quick, efficient, and stress-free, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find people who genuinely make you feel seen and valued, but Leon and Diamond definitely did that. I’ll absolutely be returning for future services and recommending this location to my friends and family. Thank you both for the amazing customer service!
